Resources for Affordable Internet Access

As of May 12, 2021, eligible households will be able to enroll in the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program to receive a monthly discount off the cost of broadband service from an approved provider. Eligible households can enroll through an approved provider or by visiting The EBB program will provide eligible households with discounts of up to $50 a month for broadband service, and up to $75 a month if the household is on Tribal lands. It also will provide a one-time discount of up to $100 on a computer or tablet for eligible households. Please consider sharing the link to the FCC general information web page on the program.



To help students and their families access all of the educational opportunities that having access to the internet can offer The Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union has collected the following information for those we serve.

Comcast, VTel & other providers have options for Internet at a discounted rate for students and families who currently do not have Internet. 





Internet Essentials is a program for families and other low-income households who currently do not subscribe to Internet at home. Xfinity Internet customers are not eligible for Internet Essentials.  For full eligibility requirements, click below.
