2016-2017 OSSU Compulsory Training

Each year the Superintendent of Schools must ensure that all school employees and non-employees who work with our student population have received compulsory training in key areas such as below. This training is required to meet both federal and state requirements regarding safety for personnel and students. The presentations below cover critical topics which you are responsible for reviewing and completing a brief online form, including submitting your electronic signature. The information/results of the form will not be held against you nor placed in your file. The information that will be kept is the record that you have completed all of the compulsory presentations. If you have any questions regarding a specific training, you may contact the individual(s) listed in the electronic signature portion of the online form or contact Human Resources at Central Office. For technical help, you may ask the technology person in your building or contact help@ossu.org.

For each training listed below, click on "View this presentation" to read the training material. Then return to this page and click on "Check for understanding and submit electronic signature" under the same training to complete up to 6 questions and indicate that you have completed the training.  You may be asked to sign into your OSSU google account.

You must be an OSSU employee with an OSSU email address to submit an electronic signature. If you have been asked to complete the compulsory training, but do not have an OSSU email address, you can download, print, sign, and submit this affidavit
