Hardwick Elementary School is requesting submissions of fixed price proposals to replace its existing water cooled condensing units that are used for the walk-in freezer and cooler space. The project must conform to requirements set forth by Efficiency Vermont and meet their recommended service requirements.

Hazen Union School is requesting the submission of fixed price proposals to apply a silicone based roof coating system to Block B at 126 Hazen Union drive, Hardwick VT. 

The project is approximately 24,000 square feet, and the system product will be Bulldog 201PS Silicone Coating or an equivalent product that is approved by the owner. A 20 year warranty is required.

Sealed proposals marked "Hazen Union Roof Coating Bid" should be sent to John Smith, Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union, Administrative Office, PO Box 338, 156 Daniels Road, Hardwick, VT 05843 no later than 1:00PM Friday, April 12th, 2019. Lakeview Union School is requesting the submission of a fixed price proposal to apply a silicone based roof coating system to the roof at 189 Lauredon Ave, Greensboro Vermont. 

The project area is approximately 15,000 square feet, and the system product will be Bulldog 201PS Silicone Coating or an equivalent product that is approved by the owner. A 20 year warranty is required.

OSSU is requesting bids to furnish copy paper to our current and new membership for the 2019-2020 school year. 

Bids are hereby requested for the distribution of multiple sized 20 lb white paper with 90+ brightness for the 2019-2020 school year (FY20).

We would like the prices held for the entire school year, July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Due to storage issues we would like each school to be able to order up to the amount of cases they have storage for, and order as needed throughout the school year.

Bidders shall submit their original bid with two copies in a sealed envelope labeled "OSSU Paper Bid" no later than 1:00pm Tuesday April 12, 2019 to John Smith Jr Chief Financial Officer, Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union, 157 Daniels Road, Hardwick, VT 05843. Facsimile or other electronic submissions will not be accepted.
