Benefits Counselors are available for one-on-one support, but the easiest way to complete enrollment is to self-enroll online. Please note: Benefits Counselor appointments are available from October 28-November 3, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. If you and your spouse or domestic partner both work for OSSU (“dual spouse” employees) and would like to meet together with a Benefits Counselor, please use the dual spouse scheduling link below. This option provides additional time for both employees to complete enrollment during the same appointment.
