We are pleased to announce an upcoming Community Flu Shot Clinic to help protect you, your family, and our community during flu season.

Clinic Details

• Date: Thursday, October 29
• Time: 3-6 PM
• Location: Hardwick Elementary School, 135 S. Main St., Hardwick 05843
• No Pre-registration: Walk-ins welcome; first come, first served
• Who: Community members and OSSU staff and families are welcome!
• Cost: Free up to age 65 with insurance; bring your card. $39 for uninsured individuals to cover the cost of administering the vaccine; payable by cash or check at the time of service.

Flu vaccination is an important step in reducing the risk of seasonal influenza and helping protect those who are most vulnerable. We encourage community members to take advantage of this opportunity.
