2014-2015 Community Focus Forum Series

OSSU Plans Public Forums To Share Information and Build Community Connections

Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union will hold community forums each month during the 2014-2015 school year to share important information and promote discussion on education issues that affect us all, from students to taxpayers.

The specific goals of OSSU’s Community Focus Forum Series are to:

  • Support public discussion on topics related to school system management

  • Raise awareness on key education issues and challenges that affect a variety of stakeholders

  • Encourage community members and parents/guardian(s) to contribute ideas and suggestions, including how to improve resources and information sharing

  • Develop strong, constructive relationships with community members

Forums will be recorded and available online shortly after the event via the OSSU website (links below) and the Hardwick Community Television (HCTV) website and television channel 16. Click here to view the HCTV broadcast schedule

The location of each forum will rotate among OSSU schools to encourage broad attendance.

For more information about the forum series contact Marina Groenewald at 802-472-6531 x 14.
